I have tucked my canning pot(what's the correct terminology here?) safely away into the storage room. It won't be disturbed for another year...thankfully! I'm done...I don't think I can peel, cut, bag, chop, or bottle another thing!
These little beauties I take full credit for...meaning I did it all on my own...and the Salsa is actually delicious (despite forgetting the horse raddish and my house smelling like peppers for a week)!
These little cuties helped with the corn.
And despite my attempts at resisting...we did peaches! YUM!Now...hopefully we won't starve this winter!
Can man live on Salsa alone?
