The Week Before Christmas

'Twas the week before Christmas and all through Grandma's house

all the children were stirring...yes...even the mouse.

The presents were wrapped waiting under the tree,

the children were restless...just what could those gifts be?

They had already been on the 4-wheeler ride,

The sled was a hit, yes, they didn't want to go inside!

The snowman had been built....well....except for the head.

The children were anxious...to get off to bed!

The gingerbread houses were quite the site,

complete with smiles

and laughter

"mom....just one little bite?!"

And what Nativity would be complete without a star?

or shepherds and wisemen who came from afar?

And Mary and Joseph were there with the Son,

And everyone came to see the chosen One.

Now..Christmas Eve just wouldn't be complete without new pj's,

and slippers on the feet.

Even the grown-ups were lucky enough to receive

matching pajama's....we just couldn't conceive!

So cute! I love your little star - he took his role extremely seriously! And I did also notice Adam as a donkey? If the shoe fits... :)
